about
Born at the tip of Manhattan and raised in Westchester, NY, Dalia was exposed to the wonders of theatre and film at a young age. Dalia’s breakout role as Pepper in Annie stoked the flames for her love of acting. She performed whenever she could whether it be community theatre, acting showcases, her high school drama club or the University of Vermont’s theatre program. Dalia has always been particularly drawn to the rawness and intimacy of film and T.V. She nearly perfected her British accent by the time she was thirteen from repeatedly watching the Harry Potter films. After attending the University of Vermont and studying Environmental Studies and Political Science, she craved to perform again and knew that the stage and film sets were her home. When not working on her craft, Dalia can be found snacking on a Reese’s, writing poetry, reading fantasy books, gaming, or spending time with her long-haired orange tabby cat, Minerva (Minnie for short).
Dalia has over 10 years of theatrical experience and 5 years of film experience. This includes on-camera intensive courses with the American Academy of Dramatic Arts where she studied film audition technique and script analysis. Dalia has also taken courses throughout her life focused on Stanislavski, Stella Adler, and Meisner techniques. She is especially skilled in accent work and stage combat.
